*Potty training update* First day went much better than expected. For the most part Brady was really on board with it all. He went pee on the potty 9 times and had 4 accidents. Not too bad for the first day! Today he stayed dry the whole morning, even through his t-ball game! We'll see how the rest of the weekend goes!
Here's the rest of our fun that we had on the 4th:
In the afternoon on the we went to the Ralston Independence Day Parade.
It was the first time we stayed for an entire parade.
It got a little warm so we found some shade but luckily we were still able to see all of the fire trucks! :)
How she doesn't fall over with those cheeks is beside me
They even had TRAINS! Brady was pretty beside himself
This picture was taken about 1 minute after a clown scared the living daylights out of him. He was not amused.
Yay for parades! And yay for wagons that keep me entertained!
After the parade the kiddos took some nice long naps and we headed over to a friends for a BBQ and some fireworks
Brady and Judah (his bff) waving flags around
What a difference a year makes! (2012)
Brady, Sarah, and Judah playing
Then we decided to get a picture of the kids
Not too easy
Even harder when infants were added into the mix!
This was the best one! Brady (3) Layla (1) Judah (2) Eli (3 months) Sarah (2) Abigail (1 month) John Patrick (6 months)
Layla wanted a chance to wave the flag around too
Group shot of the ladies
Group shot of all of the couples
Time for sparklers!
Layla thought they were pretty cool
It was a fun 4th of July
until it wasn't...and Layla decided enough was enough! They lasted until 10:30 though, I was amazed!
Good 4th of July pictures 2 years in a row! ;)
Hope everyone had a wonderful 4th of July! God Bless America!
