The next morning we woke up bright and early for another Disney day! We started off with Mickey waffles, what else?
Layla was all ready for the Animal Kingdom
Animal Kingdom!
Brady posing by the animal themed tree
We went on our first ride which was a safari ride
After a long wait kids weren't too thrilled
Like I said
But we saw giraffes!
Layla was impressed
And we saw elephants!
And a rhino peeing
Pretty tree
Then we went to DinoLand (in Animal Kingdom) and Brady and Brian rode some flying dinosaurs
Layla on her own kind of safari
We waited in line to meet Mickey. Brady was so excited until about we were about 2 people away from Mickey. Should have known! Oh well Layla and I got to meet Mickey!
We then retreated to the hotel for some much needed naps. Brian went to Hollywood Studios and rode some rides while the rest of us slept. I don't know how he had any energy to walk anymore, but he did!
After naps we went back to Magic Kingdom. I just loved going during Christmastime and seeing all of the decorations. I really recommend going the first week in December! Crowds were light, weather was beautiful, and the decorations were spectacular!
Closer view of the castle.
Another highlight of Brady's trip. He kept screaming, "Go Mickey! Dance Mickey! Yeah Mickey!!!"
Teacups! Again.
Then Brady drove Brian around.
It was a scary, scary sight.
Creepy.
Dark, but a picture of Brady and Brian riding the magic carpet ride. Catch a trend? I'm not much for rides if you can tell. :)
The castle all lit up at night. We stayed for the fireworks too and they were beautiful!
Dark family picture by the castle
We then finished up our time at Disney with an hour bus ride back from the park to the resort with 2 screaming children. Our time at Disney was complete.
Then we had a Mickey ice cream treat. Now it's complete! :)
Next: Our final day in Florida, Day 6.
