First off, let me say how thankful I am to have Brian home for another holiday. I don't take that for granted for one minute! We had a great day. Layla said her first Easter was pretty fun. Her favorite part was trying to sing along with the choir at church and staring at the lady next to us who had a pretty singing voice. Here are pictures from our Easter:

This was after 10 tries at least. Oh well, maybe next year! ;)
After church we had some friends over for an Easter lunch. It was a great meal with great friends! After that we had our own little Easter egg hunt, we played outside, and then we went to get ice cream now that my 40 days ice-cream free (Lent induced) is over! Suprisingly it was easier to give up than I had expected. Hope that everyone had a wonderful Easter!
